You have big ideas, things to learn, people to engage, problems to solve, plans to make and results to achieve. You need people connected, focused, informed and inspired, ready for change, aligned, skilled and equipped for action. We energize people to create value for strategic, organizational and social impact.
Creative Catalysts, Inc. has been designing, leading and facilitating strategic learning, planning and change-making since 1998. Founded by Dr. Amy Batiste, we are a Minneapolis-based consultancy that helps leaders and groups pursue strategic opportunities and tackle challenges in smart, resourceful and creative ways. We specialize in meetings, strategy, sessions, summits, conferences, and cohort-based learning experiences.
VISION: We aspire to be recognized as one of most creative social impact partners on the planet.
MISSION: Our mission is to generate energy, inspiration, focus and momentum for social impact. We guide leaders and groups in defining, aligning, activating, improving and amplifying social impact-focused strategies.
VALUES: We value trusting relationships, generous welcoming, co-creation, inclusive action, simple done well, and responsible stewardship of resources.
Twenty+ years of experience means that we know something about impact. We’ve helped leaders through countless transformation journeys. We know what it takes to produce the kind of work that makes a meaningful difference and gets results.
We are known for creating and implementing people-centered processes and experiences that go beyond asking what stakeholders need. We involve the people most impacted by actions or change in the process of imagining how organizations will perform better, transform lives, and improve communities.
Design inspires everything we do – from how we source questions and ideas to how we engage stakeholders and facilitate impactful experiences. We use a design lens and creative techniques to power business outcomes.
Realities are more likely to shift, and futures can be imagined with greater clarity when groups can literally see their thoughts, ideas, issues, strategies and work. We are skilled in visual documentation to support program or project design, strategic thinking, consensus, decision-making and transformative action.
We understand that the ultimate outcome of our work is to achieve clear and tangible results. From visioning to action planning, we support implementation by continuously engaging and equipping leaders and groups to reflect, learn and follow through as we accomplish each stage of work.
You benefit from our fresh thinking, ideas and methods.
So you can focus on what’s now, what’s new and what’s next.
